Mix together 2 cups fine dry bread crumbs, 1/2 cup capers, 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion, and 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley.
Pour a blend of 2 beaten eggs and 3/4 cup cream evenly over all, mixing well.
