|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|White bread/Cornbread||8 Cup (128 tbs) (It Can Either Be Crumbled Or Cubed)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Poultry seasoning/0.25 teaspoon each basil/rosemary/sage||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Place butter, onion and celery in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
Cover and microwave 3 to 5 minutes or until broth comes to a boil.
Add bread and seasonings.
Toss to coat evenly.
Stuff poultry or cover stuffing and microwave 6 to 8 minutes.
