Basic Stuffing

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chicken broth 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  White bread/Cornbread 8 Cup (128 tbs) (It Can Either Be Crumbled Or Cubed)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Poultry seasoning/0.25 teaspoon each basil/rosemary/sage 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place butter, onion and celery in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
Add broth.
Cover and microwave 3 to 5 minutes or until broth comes to a boil.
Add bread and seasonings.
Toss to coat evenly.
Stuff poultry or cover stuffing and microwave 6 to 8 minutes.
