|Cream cheese||500 Gram|
|Roquefort cheese/Any blue vein cheese||100 Gram|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Capers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
In the work bowl combine the two types of cheese, process for 5 seconds, add the sour cream, the capers and process for further 5 seconds.
Note: Be careful when seasoning, the cheese and the capers are already salty.
