Ingredients
  Pine nuts 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Minced lamb 125 Gram
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook pine nuts in 1 tablespoon butter until they are golden, remove nuts. Cook onion in pan, adding more butter if necessary, then lamb, and cook the mixture, stirring until lamb changes color, and breaking the meat up so that it doesn't form a clump. Combine nuts, lamb and spices, and season. Makes about 1/2 cup.
