Nut Buckwheat Stuffing

Ingredients
  Nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), ground
  Soybeans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), roasted and ground
Directions

Pour boiling stock over buckwheat.
Stir.
Cover.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
This will stuff a 4- to 5-pound fowl.
