Ingredients
  Sausage 1 Pound
  Diced bacon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Apples 2 , cored and cut into 0.5 inch pieces
  Chopped parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sage 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  White bread loaf 1 , cut into 1 inch cubes
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In large skillet, fry bacon and sausage until crisp and brown.
Remove sausage and cut into 1" pieces.
Replace in skillet; add onion, celery, mushrooms, apples, parsley & herbs.
Saute for 5 minutes.
Stir in bread cubes and broth.
Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Pour into a bowl; cover and cool.
Will stuff a 10 to 12 lb.turkey or bake in a 2 quart casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
