Bulgur Stuffing

Ingredients
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bulgur 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Stock 1 Quart (Hot)
  Onion 1 , grated
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Celery stalk with leaves 2 , chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 3 Tablespoon, minced
  Tarragon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil.
Saute bulgur.
Gradually add stock.
Cover.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 5 minutes more.
Let cool.
This will stuff a 4- to 5-pound fowl.
It is also good for stuffed vegetables.
