Ingredients
  Yam 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and pureed
  Pork sausage 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and drained of fat
  Celery stalks 4 , chopped
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Allspice 1 Pinch, ground
  Dried apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1 , grated
  Stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Thoroughly blend all ingredients.
Will stuff a 4- to 5-pound fowl.
