|Yam||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and pureed|
|Pork sausage||1⁄2 Pound, cooked and drained of fat|
|Celery stalks||4 , chopped|
|Whole wheat bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Allspice||1 Pinch, ground|
|Dried apricots||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1 , grated|
|Stock||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Thoroughly blend all ingredients.
Will stuff a 4- to 5-pound fowl.
