|Bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Fortified margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Poultry seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Water/Stock||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Brown the onion in melted fat, add the bread crumbs, seasoning, and water or stock.
Spread over the meat.
Roll, and tie securely.
Brown in fat in a heavy utensil.
Add water or stock and Vegetables.
Simmer gently on top of the stove for 1 1/2 hours or bake in a moderate oven (325Â° F ) for the same length of time.
