Meat And Rice Stuffing

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium
  Ghee/Substitute 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon/Mixed spices 1 Teaspoon
  Rice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Meat 500 Gram
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Saute onions in the ghee until soft.
Mix onions and ghee, salt, pepper and cinnamon into rice.
Add the meat and water.
Mix well.
This stuffing is used for vegetables. Makes 4 cups
