|Sausage meat||8 Ounce|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Mixed herbs||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
1) In a bowl, mix together the sausage meat, chopped parsley, egg and mixed herbs.
2) Add in chopped liver and stomach of poultry, if desired.
3) Forcemeat Stuffing makes a great filling for chicken and turkey.
