Wheat Germ Stuffing

Ingredients
  Wheat germ 4 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Flat mushrooms 1 Large, wiped clean and chopped
  Onion 1 Small, peeled and finely chopped
  Oil/Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Egg yolk 1
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme/2 teaspoon fresh thyme 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Marjoram 1 Pinch
  Freshly grated nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or As Required)
  Dry red wine/White wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Mixing)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, combine the wheatgerm, parsley, mushroom, onion, oil, egg yolk and the lemon juice.
2 Add in the thyme, marjoram, nutmeg and seasoning.
3 Pour in water or wine to bind the mixture.

SERVING
4 Can be used to stuff potatoes or a small chicken or for making beef olives.
