Wheat Germ Stuffing
|Wheat germ||4 Tablespoon|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Flat mushrooms||1 Large, wiped clean and chopped|
|Onion||1 Small, peeled and finely chopped|
|Oil/Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Dried thyme/2 teaspoon fresh thyme||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Freshly grated nutmeg||1 Pinch|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or As Required)|
|Dry red wine/White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Mixing)|
1 In a bowl, combine the wheatgerm, parsley, mushroom, onion, oil, egg yolk and the lemon juice.
2 Add in the thyme, marjoram, nutmeg and seasoning.
3 Pour in water or wine to bind the mixture.
4 Can be used to stuff potatoes or a small chicken or for making beef olives.
