Stuffing For Tomatoes Or Peppers
|Minced beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped dill/Savory||2 Tablespoon|
|Red wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , finely-chopped|
|Chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
1 In a pan, melt the dripping.
2 Fry the onion in it until brown and cooked.
3 Add in the rice and continue to fry lightly.
4 Pour in the stock and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes, until the rice is soft and the stock absorbed.
5 Add in the remaining ingredients and knead into a firm ball.
6 Correct the seasoning.
7 Use as desired.
