|Instant chopped onions||1 Tablespoon|
|Diced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry bread cubes||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Poultry seasoning||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Rubbed sage||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1) In a skillet, saute the celery and onions in butter, until lightly browned.
2) Add rest of the ingredients, toss gently until thoroughly mixed.
3) Use the Savory Stuffing for stuffing turkey, Cornish hens, pork chops or a crown roast of lamb or whole fish.
