|Canned big chunky chili||15 Ounce (Nalleya, 1 Can)|
|Croutons||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Celery||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
1. In a bowl or basin, combine the croutons, celery and onion.
2. Add the chili and mix well.
3. Use this stuffing for a one (6-pound) turkey or two (3-pound) chickens. In fact, it goes well with all poultry.
4. Place left over stuffing in a casserole and bake. Serve it as a side.
