Celery with Red Caviar Stuffing
|Celery||2 Bunch (200 gm)|
|Cream cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, grated|
|Parsley||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped|
|Red caviar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
1) Select and rinse the inner celery stalks thoroughly.
2) In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, caviar, onion, parsley, salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
3) Stuff the caviar mixture into the celery stalks and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
4) Serve in a nice plate.
