Sole On Deviled Stuffing

Ingredients
  Sole fillet 3 Ounce, fresh/frozen- thawed (1 Piece)
  Margarine 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Soft bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1 Teaspoon, melted
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Pat sole fillet[s] dry.
Mix 1 1/2 tsp [1 tbsp] margarine, the lemon juice, mustard, chili powder, salt and onion; stir in bread crumbs.
Spread in 12-oz shallow casserole [two 12-oz shallow casseroles].
Place sole on top.
Mix 1 tsp [2 tsp] margarine and the paprika; spread over sole.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (550 watts) until sole flakes easily with fork, 1 to 2 min [2 to 3 min].
Sole should register 175° on meat thermometer.
