Cashew Rice Stuffing

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Ground sage 1 Teaspoon
  Ground marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped celery and leaves 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cooked rice 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salted cashew nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter in skillet and add all ingredients except rice and nuts.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Combine with rice and nuts.
Makes about 6 cups.
