Buckwheat Groats Stuffing For Suckling Pig

|Cooked buckwheat groats||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Suckling pig||1 , chopped fine (Use Liver, Lungs, Heart And Kidneys Only)|
|Salt pork||1⁄4 Pound, with the rind removed, chopped fine|
|Onions||2 Medium, finely chopped|
|Grated nutmeg||1 Pinch|
|Stock||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine the meats and salt pork with the sauteed onions, egg, seasoning and spices.
Add this mixture to the groats and mix thoroughly.
Moisten with stock.
