Buckwheat Groats Stuffing For Suckling Pig

Ingredients
  Cooked buckwheat groats 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Suckling pig 1 , chopped fine (Use Liver, Lungs, Heart And Kidneys Only)
  Salt pork 1⁄4 Pound, with the rind removed, chopped fine
  Onions 2 Medium, finely chopped
  Egg 1
  Grated nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine the meats and salt pork with the sauteed onions, egg, seasoning and spices.
Add this mixture to the groats and mix thoroughly.
Moisten with stock.
