|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Capers||1 Tablespoon (drained)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
1. Saute onion in butter or margarine just until soft in large skillet; add the celery, parsley, capers, salt, pepper and water; stir to mix well, then bring to boiling.
2. Add bread crumbs; toss to mix well. Spoon into a 6-cup baking dish.
3. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 1 hour, or until crisp and golden at edge.
