Golden Herb Stuffing
|Carrot||1 Medium, diced|
|Celery rib||1 , diced|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk or water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook carrot, celery and onion, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes.
In medium bowl, combine vegetables with remaining ingredients; toss well.
