Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped tart apples 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped dried apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soft bread crumbs 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Summer savory 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt the butter in a large saucepan; add the onion and celery and cook until transparent, but not browned.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
