Old Fashioned Poultry Stuffing
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Poultry seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dry bread cubes||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
In skillet, cook celery and onion with seasonings in butter until tender.
Toss lightly with bread cubes.
Spoon into a 1 1/2 -quart casserole.
Bake at 350°F. for 45 minutes.
