Whole Wheat Stuffing

  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Celery stalk with leaves 1 , chopped
  Uncooked whole wheat cereal 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Regular, Hot)
  Vegetable broth/Chicken broth 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs) (Homemade)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon

1. Melt the butter in a medium-sized skillet and saute the onion until tender but not browned. Add the celery and cook for 1 minute.
2. Add the cereal, broth, salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley. Cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes, or until the liquid has been absorbed and the cereal is tender.
