Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Ground brisket 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), cooked
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Beef stock 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook onion in butter.
Add to onion the ground meat, salt, pepper, sour cream and stock from day.before.
