  Alfalfa sprouts 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Cucumber 60 Milliliter, peeled seeded and diced (1/4 Cup)

  Mayonnaise 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

–  Drain flaked ham.
