Squids With Prawn Stuffing
|Onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green masala||2 Tablespoon|
|Coriander leaves||2 Tablespoon|
|Coriander powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Cumin seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Turmeric powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onions.
As they turn brown in colour, add in the tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins.
To finish Add the green masala and cook for another 5 mins.
Fill the squids with stuffing and close them from the top with the help of toothpicks.
Heat oil in a pan and cook for 10 mins or till the squids are done.
