Bulgur Stuffing For Peppers

Ingredients
  Bulgur wheat 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Beef bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs) (adjust quantity as per taste)
  Seasoning without salt To Taste
Directions

1. Fill each bell pepper with 1/3 cup bulgur. Place peppers in casserole and top with beef bouillon.
2. Cover and bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 15 more minutes.
