|Strawberry gelatin dessert mix||6 Ounce (Two 3 Ounce Packages)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated lemon rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), sweetened (For Garnish)|
|Strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Garnish)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool.
Stir in yogurt and lemon rind.
Pour into 8-cup ring mold; chill until firm.
Unmold onto large serving dish.
Garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberries
