Strawberry Shake

Ingredients
  Whole strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen, Unsweetened)
  Skim milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Dash
Directions

If using fresh strawberries, halve larger berries; freeze in plastic bag.
In blender container combine milk, sugar, and cinnamon; gradually add frozen berries.
Blend on medium speed till smooth.
Serve immediately.
