Ingredients
  Ripe strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ice cubes 6
Directions

MAKING
1 In a blender jar, add all the ingredients.
2 Blend until smooth.
3 Place in the refrigerator and chill until ready to serve.

SERVING
4 In two individual glasses, add ice cubes.
5 Pour the strawberry shake over the ice and serve at once.
