Strawberry Relish

Ingredients
  Strawberries 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), chopped (fresh or frozen)
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Seedless raisins 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Scallions 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Toss strawberries, raisins, ginger, lime juice, honey, scallions, and pepper in a glass bowl.
2. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Chill until ready to serve.
