Frozen Strawberry Dessert
|Frozen sliced strawberries||10 Ounce (Thawed)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chilled whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sweetened whipped cream||1 Tablespoon|
Beat strawberries (with syrup), sugar, egg white and lemon juice 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
In chilled bowl, beat cream until stiff; fold in strawberry mixture.
Pour into baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Cover and freeze until firm.
Top with whipped cream.
