In a small bowl, mash cream cheese until softened.
Stir in jam and mix well.
NOTE: One tbsp (15 mL) low-fat cream cheese has only 50 calories.
Orange: Replace jam with 1 tbsp (15 mL) thawed frozen orange juice concentrate, and 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey.
Cinnamon Date: Replace jam with 2 tbsp (25 mL) finely chopped dates and 1/4 tsp (1 mL) cinnamon.
Cinnamon Raisin: Replace jam with 2 tbsp (25 mL) chopped raisins and 1/4 tsp (1 mL) cinnamon.
