Strawberry Ice-Cream

Ingredients
  Strawberries 8 Dozen
  Cream 450 Gram
  Milk 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

1. Slice 12 strawberries. Sprinkle a little sugar over them and keep for decoration.
2. Mash the rest of the strawberries very well. Add the sugar and mix well.
3. Add the cream and milk.
4. Prepare the ice-cream in an ice-cream churner.
Serve decorated with sliced strawberries.
