Strawberries Cordon Bleu
|Brandy||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Method Hull strawberries and place in a bowl.
Rub sugar cubes over rind of orange until they are soaked with the oil, then crush them.
Squeeze juice from the orange and combine it with crushed sugar and brandy.
Stir until sugar is dissolved and pour over the strawberries.
Cover and chill thoroughly for 2-3 hours be- fore serving.
