|Strawberries||2 Pound, hulled (900 gram)|
|Icing sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Champagne/Sparkling white wine||1⁄2 Pint, well chilled (300 milliliter)|
|Biscuits||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Langes de Chat/ Cats tongue)|
|Double cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. In a large serving bowl, combine strawberries and icing sugar. Mix well and cling wrap. Refrigerate.
2. Half hour before serving, remove strawberries from refrigerator and keep aside.
3. Pour champagne over strawberries and serve with biscuits and cream.
