|Crushed ice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
1. Hull and halve all the strawberries except one and put in the container of an electric blender.
2. Put in the rest of the ingredients and blend at high speed until the mixture is smooth.
3. Serve in a large glass garnished with the strawberry.
