|Strawberries||10 Ounce (1 Punnet)|
|Strawberry yogurt||16 Ounce (Preferably Tasmanian Yoghurt, 2 Pots)|
|Double cream/Whipping cream||8 Ounce (2 Pots)|
|Icing sugar||1 Teaspoon (A Small Amount)|
2.Use a manual whisk to blend yoghurt.
3.Whisk cream until it rises.
4.Fold strawberries and cream into whisked yoghurt after keeping a fe berries aside for garnishing.
5.Add icicng sugar to sweeten as per taste.
6.Chill for 1 hour.
7.Serve cold in a bowl.
