|Whipping cream||1 Pint|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Quart|
|Curacao||600 Milliliter (2 Wine Glass)|
|Brandy||900 Milliliter (3 Wine Glass)|
|Hulled strawberries||1 Quart, washed, crushed|
|Halved strawberries||1 Quart|
Whip cream and mix with ice cream.
Add curacao and brandy.
Blend in crushed strawberries plus half of the halved ones.
Top with remaining strawberries.
Work quickly to prevent mixture from becoming too mushy.
If not served immediately, place in freezer until 15 minutes before serving.
