Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Low Sodium Low Fat)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Fructose 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grand marnier 2 Tablespoon
  Egg whites 2
  Cream of tartar 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Strawberries 4 Cup (64 tbs), sliced
  Strawberries 8
Directions

MAKING
1.In a saucepan, put in milk.
2.Add in cornstarch and fructose and mix well to dissolve cornstarch.
3.Place the pan on low heat and boil.
4. Let simmer, stirring constantly with a wire whisk, to thicken.
5.Cool to room temperature.
6.Add in vanilla extract and Grand Marnier and mix .
7.Mix together egg whites and cream of tartar and beat until stiff .
8.Fold the beaten egg whites into sauce.
9.Mix sauce and sliced strawberries thoroughly.

SERVING
10. Into 8 sherbet glasses, divide the sauce evenly.
11.Serve garnished with one whole strawberry on each serving.
