Strawberries With Ricotta Cream

Ingredients
  Ricotta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Part skim ricotta cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Frozen whipped topping 2 Tablespoon, thawed
  Frozen dairy whipped topping 2 Tablespoon, thawed
  Light cream cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Orange peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Over a small mixing bowl, place sieve and place ricotta cheese; press the cheese through it.
2. To the pressed ricotta cheese, add whipped topping, cream cheese, lemon peel, and orange peel; mix well.

SERVING
3. In 2 dessert serving bowls, serve equal quantities of strawberries and ricotta mixture.
