Strawberries With Ricotta Cream
|Ricotta cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Part skim ricotta cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Frozen whipped topping||2 Tablespoon, thawed|
|Frozen dairy whipped topping||2 Tablespoon, thawed|
|Light cream cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Orange peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Over a small mixing bowl, place sieve and place ricotta cheese; press the cheese through it.
2. To the pressed ricotta cheese, add whipped topping, cream cheese, lemon peel, and orange peel; mix well.
3. In 2 dessert serving bowls, serve equal quantities of strawberries and ricotta mixture.
