Strawberry Cream Gateau

Ingredients
  Frozen strawberries 3⁄4 Pound, thawed
  Plain chocolate 2 Ounce
  Double cream 1⁄4 Pint
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
Directions

MAKING
1. Wipe dry twelve whole starwberries and place them on a nonstick paper
2. In a double boiler, melt chocolate and drizzle it over the strawberries
3. Add the sugar and cream and whip
4. Split the cake and fill it in the middle with one half of the cream and the strawberries

SERVING
5. Top the cake with the rest of the cream and drizzle the chocolate on top
6. Garnish with chocolate dipped strawberries
