|Sliced strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen strawberry daiquiri fruit juice concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed|
|Champagne||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chilled|
|Lemon flavored sparkling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled|
1. Place sliced strawberries in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into a pitcher; add strawberry juice concentrate, and stir well. Cover and chill.
2. Just before serving, stir in champagne and sparkling water. Pour into chilled champagne flutes. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
