|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh ripe strawberries||1 Gallon|
Mix the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pack the strawberries carefully into plastic freezer boxes and cover with the syrup.
Seal the boxes and freeze immediately.
Thaw in refrigerator to serve.
