|Frozen strawberries||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Grated lemon rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
Defrost the strawberries and drain well.
Place the juice and marshmallows in the top of a double boiler.
Heat until the marshmallows are melted.
Add the strawberries and lemon rind.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Pour into refrigerator trays and freeze.
This is a delightful lunche on or after-dinner dessert.
