|Strawberries||1 Pound (450 Grams)|
|Silken tofu||10 Ounce (1 Pack Or 275 Grams)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1/2 Lemon)|
|Soft brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla essence||3 Drop|
1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Leave a few on one side to decorate.
2. Drain the tofu and put into the liquidiser together with the strawberries, lemon juice and sugar.
3. Liquidise until smooth.
4. Add vanilla essence to taste and mix well.
5. Divide the mixture between 4-6 individual serving dishes and decorate with the reserved strawberries.
6. Chill until required.
