|Frozen whole strawberries||16 Ounce (1 Bag)|
|Cold water||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Divided)|
|Sugar free strawberry gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Buttermilk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place strawberries in large bowl.
Microwave at High for 2 minutes.
Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
Chop into small pieces.
Place 1 cup water in 4-cup measure.
Microwave at High for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until water boils.
Place gelatin in large mixing bowl.
Add boiling water.
Stir until gelatin dissolves.
Stir in 1 cup cold water and the buttermilk.
Freeze for about 1 hour, or until slightly thickened, stirring twice.
Pour into paper cups to within 1/4 inch from top.
Place cups in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Insert wooden sticks in center of each cup.
Freeze until firm.
Peel off paper cup before serving.
