Strawberries Marinated In Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Splenda 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Orange peel 2 Teaspoon
  Strawberries 1 Pound, hulled, halved or quartered if large
  Vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt/Soy alternative 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the vinegar, Splenda, pepper, and orange peel.
Add the strawberries and toss to coat.
Cover and marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
Spoon the strawberries into dessert bowls and top each with the frozen yogurt.
