Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
Dissolve over hot water.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, salt and extract; blend until smooth.
Add milk and gelatin mixture gradually to cream cheese mixture.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into 1-quart ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold;fill center with strawberries.
